Restore the simulated radar sweeps

The "cool factor" of an app is part of what makes it sell. The simulated radar sweeps unique to RadarScope, and were what made me keep this app when other apps in this category, such as MyRadar PRO started improving.
Its a good app, but the lost simulated radar sweeps lost two stars for me.
